Mindelheim, 26. Mai 2019. Around 100 guests and partners from Europe, Asia and North America attended our Innovation Day in mid-May to celebrate our 20th company anniversary. As the specialist for the plastics processing industry with a focus on polyurethane and composites, we presented a large number of innovations at the event that we organized at our company's headquarters in Mindelheim/Germany.

Ergonomics calls for innovation

At the "Ergonomics calls for innovation" forum, we presented as many as five new mold carrier systems and concept studies for the ergonomic PUR encapsulation of large car glass panels, such as one-piece panoramic sunroofs

Our two new developments for PUR and RIM molds, i.e. the PUR gate trimmer and zigzag venting slider, help to improve component quality and save both time and material.

"Little Oktoberfest" at the BBG Innovation Day

100 guests and partners rounded off the BBG Innovation Day with a tasty beer and delicious Bavarian food.

The Schuhplattler folk dance group of the Landjugend Denklingen gave a performance. The musicians of the "Original Hühnerbach Musi" played Octoberfest music, making visitors sway and dance in enthusiasm right through to the polonaise.

The highlight was bandleader Dieter Mangold pulling out his alphorn and playing a few songs, then inviting the visitors to try playing the instrument themselves.
